Baltic Hub presents the weekly statistics on the utilisation of booking notifications for week 30 of 2026. The regular publication of these figures aims to increase the transparency of the slot booking process in the VBS system and to support efforts towards a more efficient use of available time slots.

During the period under review, carriers booked a total of 45,977 notifications. Of these, 17,442 were fulfilled (within the slot or buffer time), representing 38% of all bookings. The remaining 28,535 notifications (62%) were cancelled or not utilised.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that, with effect from 26 July 2026, we have concluded the trial period for the extended processing buffer for TVS in e.Brama. We are therefore reverting to the system settings that were in place prior to the start of the trial.

In accordance with the previously announced schedule, from 26 July to 9 August 2026, phase II of the trial will be carried out – a comparison of the results obtained during the extended buffer period with data from the standard system configuration. The analysis will focus in particular on:

• slot availability,

• the utilisation rate of booking notifications,

• and the number of no-shows and overbookings.

The next, third phase will begin on 10 August 2026 and will last until 23 August 2026. During this time, the ability to edit existing bookings will be temporarily disabled. This means it will not be possible to change the driver, tractor unit number or semi-trailer in a booking that has already been created.

We would like to thank all users for taking part in the first phase of testing and for their feedback. The results of the analyses carried out will form the basis for further measures aimed at increasing the availability of slots and improving the efficiency of the VBS system.
