The terminal gates and Pre-gate office are in continuous operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, excluding public holidays. The closing times of the gate complex are available in the table below.

Entry to the terminal is possible one hour before closing time, i.e. if the terminal gates close at 06:00 this means that the driver can enter by 05:00 at the latest.

There is a 15-minute shift break of the Pre-Gate office on each shift from 05:45 - 06:00 and 17:45 - 18:00. During this time, there may be difficulties in contacting the office staff and the handling of your request may be extended.

The gate service on public holidays is only possible if the shipowner concerned advises us of the order at least 1 day before the holiday in question by 2 p.m. When advising us of the order, we ask for the number of the container to be loaded/collected, driver data and the approximate time of the driver's arrival (tolerance +/- 2 hours).
