WAREHOUSE SPACE AND MACHINERY PARK
Do you need warehousing service?
Our CFS complex consists of: a warehouse hall and a tent as well as storage and handling yards.
The machine park consists of modern equipment with lifting capacity from 2t to 45t:
forklifts with a capacity from 2t to 32t with specialized equipment such as traveses, grippers for paper, bales;
modern multi-purpose MecLift trucks with a lifting capacity of 18t, their compact dimensions allow to operate inside DV containers;
Reach Stacker (RS) with a lifting capacity of up to 45 tons, enabling the handling of heavy and/or oversized loads;
Activ LoadPlate automated container forming system by Actiw Oy. It is a proven solution that allows loading of various types of goods, including long structures with a total weight of up to 30 tons, with the possibility of using almost entire volume of 20’ 40’ containers.

Based on modern reloading equipment, Baltic Hub offers a very wide range of services. Baltic Hub warehouse logistics allow our Customers to optimize time and costs.
Warehouse services at Baltic Hub includes:
Forming/unforming containers (FCL, LCL), including oversize cargo;
Warehouse and yard storage;
Lashing cargo in a container (according to IMO 3.18);
Activities related to the warehouse handling of general cargo, e.g. palletization, segregation, foiling, banding etc.;
Handling of dangerous goods in direct relation (in accordance with the IMDG Code);
Inspections (SANEPID, WIORIN, WIJHARS, GPKW);
Handling of break bulk cargo in ship relations;
Cargo projects – cargo handling from/to conventional / ro-ro ships.
PROJECT CARGO
The Baltic Hub container terminal meets strict quality and safety standards, which significantly affects the implementation of special projects.
Loading and securing special cargoes is associated with various requirements that require non- standard solutions. To guarantee professional implementation of special projects, we provide not only the necessary equipment, but also knowledge and experience of our qualified employees.
Special projects are those that involve reloading and securing goods which volume, weight or other conditions do not allow containerization, for example:
Large-size elements for the offshore industry and fuel companies;
Luxury goods such as catamarans and motor boats;
Parts of wind towers;
Aviation sleeves;
Turbines;
Reels;
Various types of steel structures;
Specialized vehicles;
Military equipment.
