Your application is considered by the HR Department and the Manager of the department to which you are applying. What influences our decision on which candidate to choose:

• Your experience and skills (we check if they match the profile of the candidate we are looking for)

• The time when you applied (your application may reach us at the final stage of the recruitment process for a given position)

If your application is evaluated positively, you will be contacted by a person from the HR Department, who will invite you to the first stage of the recruitment process, i.e. an online interview that may last from 45 minutes to 60 minutes. During interviews, we care about mutual respect and comfort of both parties, so we keep our distance and communicate formally. We want you to feel at ease, so you can expect a lot of smile from us and questions about your previous work experience and expectations regarding your new job.

The interview will be held at one of our locations:

• ul. Kontenerowa 7 (Container Terminal in Stogi district) - you can get here by car (we have a free car park) or by public transport (bus lines 138 and 258)

• ul. Marynarki Polskiej 195 (Palio B building) - you can reach us by car (you can use free parking places in the surrounding area or EuroPark at ul. Malarzy) or by public transport (SKM-Gdańsk shipyard or tramway lines 7,8 and 10)
