Applied to import containers and is activated during order acceptance. It is used by the CFS Warehouse.

The Holds is deactivated by CFS Warehouse staff after the completion of the order and work at the warehouse.

In individual cases, the hold can be removed by a Customs Officer or Customs Agent.

The hold must be removed in accordance with the date set in the ship's calendar as specified in the Customs Clearance Deadline column.

The hold is applied systemically to all empty containers.

In order to pick up an empty container, an EDO/booking number is required, which is assigned by the line operator. Please contact the line operator directly.

Picking up an empty container in the Storage category doesn’t require advising in eBrama, the driver must have the container number and EDO/booking number when picking up.

The hold is associated with a PCS charge that is not active yet. At the moment, it doesn’t stop loading onto a vessel and collecting by the road.

Entering the forwarding code in the Agent One field automatically removes the MISSING AGENT PERMISSION hold.  

Instructions for forwarding:

EXPORT: Assignment in export is done by adding bookings to the container under UNITS->Actions->Assign Export Containers to Agent.

IMPORT: Assignment on import is carried out by adding the PIN to the container under UNITS->Actions->Validate PIN for Self-Assignment.

Applied to all OOG import containers, the pick-up will require an appropriate non-normative transit permit, pre-notification is possible after verification the transit permit by the Baltic Hub.

Notification of verification/availability should be made on weekdays Mon - Fri between 06:00 - 12:00, at the latest 24 hours prior to the planned pick-up.

Notification should be made only after the container has been unloaded from the vessel and should be sent to e-brama@baltichub.com with the data necessary for notification (number of the truck and its weight, number of the semi-trailer and its weight + height of the semi-trailer, driver's data) and a scan of the relevant permit for the non-standard vehicle. Baltic Hub will return with the information.

The hold doesn’t stop the handling of containers, it only has a function to support security at the terminal.

The Terminal Hold applies to containers on which irregularities such as, for example, incorrect container labeling or bent container beams/casting corners.

Hold applied to all full export containers. The hold is removed when the VGM is uploaded to the Navis system.

If a full container enters the terminal without the VGM weight, hold  ‘Unit VGM Load Permission’ will be removed as soon as the terminal has uploads the load list approximately 24 h before the ship’s ETA.

Entering the VGM weight in the line operator's system does not update the VGM in the Navis system.

Hardware requirements

Here are the hardware requirements for the correct operation of the NAVIS:

Browser:

  • Microsoft Edge

  • Mozilla Firefox 90

  • Chrome 88 and higher.

Operating system:

  • Windows systems version 8.1 and higher.

PASSWORD RESTART

Each Navis user can perform a password restart on their own to access the system. To do so, follow the instructions below:

1. When the login start window opens, select Forgot Password.

2. Next, enter your username (not your email address) in the Username field in the correct character size and click Reset Password.

3. Once you have completed the above steps, an automatic message will be sent to your email address with the new password generated. It is worth verifying that the message has not been forwarded to Spam.

4. Once you have logged into the system, you are kindly requested to change your password.

5. To change the password, select the profile icon in the upper right corner of the application and click Edit Password

6. Once you have completed the required fields, please click Save. Your password will be changed.
