The Pomerania Employers' Gala is an annual ceremonial meeting of business, representatives of the highest state and local government authorities, the world of science and culture.
The Baltic Hub had the honour of being among the winners of the competition, which aims to recognise the best Pomeranian entrepreneurs, their good economic performance, the favourable working conditions they offer their employees and the dissemination of good practices of responsibility in business.
This year's Gala, hosted by Tomasz Podsiadły, was an opportunity to meet special guests of the event - Dorota Kolak, an outstanding actress of the Wybrzeże Theatre, and Prof. Marcin Wiącek, the Ombudsman.
Pracodawcy Pomorza is the largest and oldest employers' organisation in the Pomorskie Voivodeship, operating since 1991. The organisation brings together nearly 1,000 enterprises with an extremely wide range of activities, including: micro-enterprises, corporations, representatives of almost all industries, universities and colleges, schools and cultural institutions.
The mission of the organisation is the long-term, dynamic economic development of the region, as well as the entities associated in the organization.
