Announcements!
Dear Sir or Madam,
Due to the ongoing weather warning and forecasted strong wind gusts, the following operational restrictions may apply on July 3, 2026:
Gates will be closed for empty container handling from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
The terminal may be completely closed from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM if wind speeds exceed acceptable safety limits.
The weather situation is being monitored continuously; depending on conditions, restrictions may be extended beyond 6:00 PM.
We also inform you that to support transport operations, we have increased the availability of slots in the eBrama system:
July 2, 2026, 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM
July 3, 2026, 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM
An additional 10 slots per hour will be available for full containers during these time periods. Safety remains our top priority. Please stay tuned for updates.
We kindly inform you of the implementation of changes to the container slot booking process for the BHCT–PCL route.
Effective July 1, 2026:
A new “Terms and Conditions for the Use of the e.Brama System” will come into force – link.
The “Terms and Conditions for Granting Additional Slots for Container Transport on the BHCT–PCL Route” will cease to apply.
The current pool of slots used under the above-mentioned regulations will be incorporated into the general pool available to all users.
The provisions of the “Terms and Conditions for Granting Additional Slots for Reefer and OOG Containers” and the “Terms and Conditions for Granting Additional Slots for 45' Containers” will no longer apply. Their rules and allocation principles have been incorporated into the “Terms and Conditions for the Use of the e.Brama System.”
Additional dedicated slot pools will be introduced as follows:
Reefer containers – 5 slots,
45’ containers – 5 slots.
At the same time, we would like to inform you that the full transition to booking container slots exclusively via the e.Brama system will take place from July 5, 2026, in connection with a planned system upgrade. Due to technical reasons, the update cannot be implemented earlier.
Until then, requests to use the additional slot pools under the new rules for reefer or 45’ containers must be submitted via email to: e-brama@baltichub.com.
Effective July 5, 2026:
Container slot bookings will be handled exclusively through the e.Brama system.
Email-based booking will be completely discontinued.
The new slot pools will be visible and available in the system.
Instructions on how to use the new slot pools in the e.Brama system can be found at the Instrukcja-nowe-sloty-EN.pdf.
We kindly ask you to take the above changes into account in your ongoing operational activities.
Please be advised that on July 5, 2026 (Sunday), from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM, the terminal systems will be updated.
Due to the ongoing work, the Navis N4 and e.Brama systems will be unavailable during the following time periods:
From 5:00 AM to 8:00 AM – all work at the terminal will be suspended, and the road and rail gates will be closed. Entry to the terminal will be possible until 4:00 AM;
From 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM – the e.Brama system will be unavailable. Notifications, including confirmation of locations under automatic cranes, can be created and edited via the e.Brama Call Center. During this time, the terminal gates will be open for service.
We also remind you that as of July 5, 2026, container notifications will be processed exclusively through the e.Brama system, and email notifications will be discontinued. New slot pools will be available directly in the system.
The system update is related to the implementation of the above changes.
Please consider the above information when planning your work.
Please note that the EEO service remains inactive.
