Since 2016 the terminal has been financing the participation of the football team of DCT Gdańsk in the greatest football league of the Tri-City, PL3 (twice per year - the spring and autumn league).

In 2017 DCT continues supporting the players, which allows them to spread their wings. After the promotion to the 3rd league after 2016, DCT team stood on the podium as a result of taking the 3rd place in the spring league (group C) and 8th place in the autumn league.
