Container position and door direction on the trailer
Container position and door direction on the trailer

In order to increase the efficiency of handling processes at Baltic Hub, we will soon implement the necessity of marking the container's position and the direction of the container's door on the trailer in the TVA:

  • Marking the position on the semi-trailer and the direction of the door will be required for both pick-up and drop off the container (editable up to the time of entry, during the course of the TVA - not in the buffer).

  • Preferred direction of the container door on the semi-trailer - with the back to the tractor cab.

  • Folding or taking the container with the door facing the tractor cab will be billed to the driver according to the BHCT Standard Tariff.

We encourage you to take a look at the instructional video.

Driver Card in QR code

Have you lost or forgotten your Baltic Hub driver card?

Don’t worry – you don’t have to make duplicate of it, which is paid!
You always have access to your free driver card in e.Brama mobile app.

How it works?

1.     Log in to e.Brama mobile app

If you don’t remember your login or password, please contact our Call Center e.Brama phone:+48 58 737 79 33 or e-mail: e-brama@baltichub.com.

2.     Select icon „DRIVER CARD”

3.     Scan the generated QR code at the Self-Service kiosk

Remember!

  • At each self-service kiosk you need to generate a new QR code, all you must do is click refresh!

  • Cards are not interchangeable, if you started the process with a card in the QR code, the reading on each kiosk must be the same!!

TRUCK VISIT APPOINTMENT in QR code

Do you want to speed up your entry to the terminal?

It’s simple – at the first Self-Service kiosk, use the QR code for appointment, which is available in your e.Brama!
