Based on the tender schedule, the Employer hereby provides (in tabular form) answers to questions asked by Tenderers in the course of tender procedure No. P-25-8. The Employer requests to familiarize with and apply accordingly in the Offer to be submitted.

The Employer informs that on May 22, 2026, the document INVITATION TO TENDER P-25-8 has been modified.
The update concerns the amendment of point 4 in the INVITATION TO TENDER, specifically regarding: Time limit for answering the questions and variation propositions submitted by the Offerors;
in accordance with the table below:

P-25-8 Electrification of port operations - installation of charging stations for electric terminal vehicles and execution of necessary connections to the power grid within the area of Baltic Hub Container Terminal sp. z o.o.
Baltic Hub Container Terminal sp. z o.o. invites the submission of an Offer under tender procedure P‑25‑8 in order to select a Contractor for the scope of the design and construction of infrastructure serving the electrification of port operations, together with the accompanying infrastructure, within the area of Baltic Hub Container Terminal sp. z o.o.
Details of the proceeding and the subject matter of the tender are set out in the INVITATION TO TENDER P-25-8 file.
The Employer reserves the right to update the documents related to this procurement procedure by publishing them on the tender’s website. Offerors are obliged to regularly monitor the tender website.
