P-24-4-1 – Tender for Geotechnical Investigation, UXO and Ground Improvement Design

Baltic Hub Container Terminal sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: Employer) invites interested Companies to submit their Offers in the tender procedure P-24-4-1 the purpose of which is to select a Contractor for a project involving the performance of geotechnical and geophysical surveys, the identification of unexploded ordnance, the preparation of a comprehensive report on the geotechnical work, and the design of a ground reinforcement project.

Details regarding the tender procedure and the scope of works are provided in the document ITT_P-24-4-1_Ground Investigation.

The Employer reserves the right to update the tender documentation forming part of this procurement procedure by publishing updates on the tender website. Tenderers are responsible for regularly monitoring the tender webpage and ensuring that their Offers reflect all issued amendments and clarifications.

Conditions for obtaining complete Tender Documents	The Employer reserves the right that the Tender Documentation will be available after the Offeror has signed the NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement). For this purpose, Appendix 5 - Non-Disclosure Agreement signed with a qualified electronic signature should be sent back to the following e-mail addresses: tomasz.berski@baltichub.com and tomasz.wrobel@baltichub.com.
Deadline, place, form and method of submitting the Offer	Details and method of preparation and submission of the Offer are set out in Invitation to Tender. The Offer must be submitted by 19 August 2026 at 3pm - in electronic form, signed with a qualified electronic signature to the e-mail address: tenderspm@baltichub.com - giving the email subject: “P-24-4-1”
