DCT Gdańsk S.A. invites all interested parties to take part in the tender procedure regarding purchase and delivery of five ship to shore quay container gantry cranes.

DCT Gdańsk S.A. informs that all information and updates regarding the tender documentation and relevant proceedings shall be published at DCT Gdansk S.A.’s website following this notice.

 DCT Gdańsk S.A. hereby informs that in accordance with point 11 of the Terms of Tender the following amendments to the Terms of Tender are introduced (bold):

 5.1 The Bidder may request DCT in writing or by e-mail (to the address indicated in point 1.1.b) above) to clarify the content of the Tender documentation, in particular of the Notice, Terms of Tender with Annexes, including technical specification (Employer’s Requirements) (the "Documentation") not later than 21 May 2014. DCT shall provide clarifications not later than 30 May 2014, and if it turns out to be impossible, DCT may set a later tender submission date and notify all Bidders thereof by placing relevant information on the website set out in point 1.1.a) above.

 5.3 The Bidder may propose not later than till 21 May 2014 that amendments be introduced to the Documentation. DCT shall present its position on the proposed amendment not later than 30 May 2014 and in the event that it turns out to be impossible, DCT may set a later bids’ submission date and notify all Bidders thereof by placing relevant information on the website set out in point 1.1.a) above.

 6.12 The bids’ submission date expires on 11 June 2014, at 1.00 p.m.
