To increase the availability of slots and streamline road transport operations at the terminal, we encourage you to use the e.Brama system responsibly by:

  • booking slots according to your actual needs,

  • not booking “backup” TVAs,

  • and immediately canceling any TVAs that will not be processed.

At the same time, we would like to remind you that from July 13 to 25, 2026, Baltic Hub is implementing an extended buffer window on a trial basis:

  • an additional 15 minutes before the start of the slot,

  • an additional 15 minutes after the end of the applicable processing time.

As a result, the total notification processing time will be 120 minutes and will include:

15 minutes before the slot + 60 minutes during the slot + 45 minutes after the slot.

We hope that through the cooperation between Baltic Hub and users of the VBS system, it will be possible to make more effective use of available slots, which will result in better availability of time slots and more efficient handling of transport operations.
