Reloading operations slots regulations - week 9

Dear Sirs,

Despite improving weather conditions, the terminal continues to face operational difficulties resulting from unstable winter conditions. At the moment, we do not yet reach standard levels of productivity, and thus we will not be able to allocate additional windows in the next week and we will not be able to close the accumulated backlog over the weekend.

Therefore, the following regulations for WK09 will be introduced:

  1. proforma will be reduced by 30% (this applies to all train operators)

  2. this limitation is calculated in relation to the fixed proforma volumes of movements.

In separate correspondence, we will individually send you a reminder of the applicable proforma, with a request to update the plan.

In the absence of a response, BHCT will select the windows that will be canceled from the schedule for week 9.
