Dear All,

With reference to the announcement of 21 January 2026 on the introduction of capacity limits for rail operations to the level of 8,000 movements per week until further notice, we would like to inform you that:

  1. Fixed windows will be reduced in number by about 30%, but to a level not lower than 3 trains per week per operator.

  2. Baltic Hub will accept a small part of the demand for additional windows:

    1. An additional window will be given to those operators who do not have fixed windows and have not received any windows in week 4

    2. Priority will be given to trains:

      1. directly serving industrial plants

      2. in cross-border traffic

      3. handling import traffic

Please keep up to date with the status of trains and provide each time the train number assigned by PKP PLK and immediately cancel the windows of trains which, due to weather conditions in other parts of the country, will not have a chance to reach Gdańsk on the agreed service window.

This is necessary to stabilize the operation of the terminal and maintain the continuity of key processes in the current conditions.
