Interesting talks, discussions about opportunities for cooperation, pleasant meetings with freight forwarders, rail operators, shipping lines, representatives of logistics organizations. And all this in the beautiful setting of the Kaiserštejn Palace in Prague, Czech Republic.
A meeting with Baltic Hub's Czech partners was held on November 4.
The evening began with the official part - the presentation of Baltic Hub.
Marcin Kamola, Commercial Manager, talked about our terminal, the development of rail infrastructure, opportunities and benefits of cooperation with the container terminal in Poland. While Charles Baker, presented the development plans of the Baltic Hub and talked about the milestones during the construction of the new T3 container quay and invited for closer cooperation with our terminal.
After the official part, there was time for refreshments and conversation in the beautiful setting of the palace.
We would like to thank Reliant for its help in organizing the evening and our Czech partners for coming in such large numbers. We appreciate your openness to look for new solutions, business partnerships and previous cooperation, which motivates us for further development.
See you soon!

Announcements!
Dear Sir or Madam,
Please be informed that the snow and ice accumulated on terminal equipment continue to affect the pace of ongoing operations. We are making every effort to restore the terminal’s full operational efficiency as quickly as possible.
Key information:
From 21/01/2026, at 1:00 p.m., the number of slots has been increased to standard values.
From 22/01/2026, 08:00, the option to edit the container number in an existing notification will be disabled.
Due to severe weather conditions and the icing of equipment and containers, truck handling times may be extended.
Before entering the terminal, please ensure that vehicles are properly prepared for handling operations, particularly that trailers and licence plates are cleared of snow. Vehicles that are not cleared will not be allowed to enter the terminal.
Due to a very high volume of phone calls and e‑mails, contact with the e.Gate hotline is limited, and response times may be longer than usual.
In the coming hours, delays in train handling may also occur.
Please continue to monitor our updates.
Please note that due to the commencement of export container acceptance up to 5 days before ETA, the "Begin Receive" dates for individual vessels have changed. Please verify the new dates in the vessel calendar.
The "EEO" service has been temporarily suspended.
