Dear Sir or Madam,

Please be advised that snow and ice accumulation, as well as low temperatures, are affecting the pace of operations. We are making every effort to ensure that, despite the unfavorable conditions, work at the terminal proceeds smoothly and in the shortest possible time.

Key information:

  • From January 21, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., the number of TVAs has been increased to standard values.

  • From January 22, 2026, at 8:00 a.m., it will no longer be possible to edit the container number in an existing TVA.

  • Due to difficult weather conditions and icing of equipment and containers, truck handling times may be extended.

  • Before entering the terminal, please prepare your vehicles for reloading operations, by clearing snow from trailers and license plates. Vehicles that have not been cleared of snow will not be allowed to enter the terminal.

  • Due to the very high number of calls and emails, contact with the e.Brama call center is difficult and the waiting time for a response may be longer.

  • In the next few dozen hours, there may also be delays in train service.
