Please be informed that the snow and ice accumulated on terminal equipment continue to affect the pace of ongoing operations. We are making every effort to restore the terminal’s full operational efficiency as quickly as possible.

Key information:

• On 15 January 2026, between 9:00 and 10:00, the number of available slots has been increased to 85 for full containers.

• From 15 January 2026, at 11:00 the number of slots was increased to 95 for full containers.

• Due to severe weather conditions and the icing of equipment and containers, truck handling times may be extended.

• Before entering the terminal, please ensure that vehicles are properly prepared for handling operations, particularly that trailers and licence plates are cleared of snow. Vehicles that are not cleared will not be allowed to enter the terminal.

• Due to a very high volume of phone calls and e‑mails, contact with the e.Gate hotline is limited, and response times may be longer than usual.

• In the coming hours, delays in train handling may also occur.
