Announcements!
Dear Sir or Madam,
Please be informed that the snow and ice accumulated on terminal equipment continue to affect the pace of ongoing operations. We are making every effort to restore the terminal’s full operational efficiency as quickly as possible.
Key information:
Road gates will be closed for COSCO empties from 8:00 28.01, we still accept empties via rail.
Road gates will be closed for MSC empties from 8:00 28.01, we still accept empties via rail.
Road gates will be closed for EVG empties from Thursday 8:00 29.01, we still accept empties via rail.
From 21/01/2026, at 1:00 p.m., the number of slots has been increased to standard values.
From 22/01/2026, 08:00, the option to edit the container number in an existing notification will be disabled.
Due to severe weather conditions and the icing of equipment and containers, truck handling times may be extended.
Before entering the terminal, please ensure that vehicles are properly prepared for handling operations, particularly that trailers and licence plates are cleared of snow. Vehicles that are not cleared will not be allowed to enter the terminal.
Due to a very high volume of phone calls and e‑mails, contact with the e.Gate hotline is limited, and response times may be longer than usual.
In the coming hours, delays in train handling may also occur.
Please continue to monitor our updates.
We would like to inform you that due to the change of ETA of the OOCL JAPAN vessel, the "begin receive" date has changed from 30/01/2026 18:00 to 31/01/2026 06:00.
Please note that due to the commencement of export container acceptance up to 5 days before ETA, the "Begin Receive" dates for individual vessels have changed. Please verify the new dates in the vessel calendar.
The "EEO" service has been temporarily suspended.
