Baltic Hub was recognized in this year's edition of the “Golden 100 of Pomerania” ranking prepared by Dziennik Bałtycki, receiving the title of Best Employer 2024.

The award was granted for significant employment growth – over 200 new employees joined our team last year. The distinction confirms that Baltic Hub's investments and development plans go hand in hand with building a stable and friendly work environment. Dynamic changes in the area of terminal infrastructure and projects of strategic importance for the region, including the expansion of the T3 terminal, generate demand for new specialists, while providing space for the development of current employees.

The “Golden 100 of Pomerania” Gala

The awards ceremony took place on November 27 at the Arche Hotel Lotnisko Gdańsk, during a joint gala organized by “Dziennik Bałtycki” and “Głos Pomorza.” The event was attended by representatives of companies from across the region, including the winners of the “Nasze Dobre z Pomorza” competition and companies honored on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of Dziennik Bałtycki. The award was received on behalf of Baltic Hub by Dagmara Sobolewska, HR Director, who emphasized the importance of the team in building the company's position as one of the key employers in the maritime and logistics industry.
