Dear Drivers!

The OCR system was launched on Sunday, 11 August 2019.

What should drivers do when arriving at the new gate complex?

- have a driver's card with a photo (it is still possible to have a card issued at the Pre-gate building, at any time)

- activate the card before arriving at the terminal by undergoing a short online training course (the card will not be activated without completing the training!)

Drivers who have not undergone the online training should click this link and complete the training in order to activate the card —–> training

- have the TVA number ready when entering the terminal

- arrive on time (within the advice slot)

- make sure that registration plates of the tractor and semi-trailer are clean

- drive through the OCR portals at 10 k/h

Dear Sirs,

In accordance with the announcements regarding the implementation of OCR, addressed to you in previous months, on 10 June 2019 Baltic Hub launched the system functionality allowing to automatically extinguish the advice notes of storage of a container for which a seal number has not been entered until the start of the preadvising process. Please inform your drivers of the above, because it will not be possible for BHCT employees to add seal numbers manually and the advice note will expire irretrievably.

We would also like to remind you that the 30-minute buffer before the entry slot has no longer been in effect for several weeks. It has been replaced by a 90-minute buffer after the slot. Please arrive after the slot has started so that queues do not form at the gates and in the parking area.
