In 2024, we delivered as many as 1,282 training courses covering 398 topics including job security, leadership and communication. In total, we spent 64,147 hours developing a variety of skills - all of which makes our team cohesive and effective.

Through advanced training programs, at Baltic Hub we focus on expanding leadership skills, managing teams and adapting to new technologies used in our work.

Our training program couldn't be complete without health and safety training to ensure we have the highest safety standards in the workplace. These topics are particularly important because the health and safety of the team is the foundation for the further development of the Baltic Hub.

This makes our team even better prepared for a rapidly changing market and another developmental year at the terminal.
