Baltic Hub Container Terminal Sp. z o.o. announces that on January 8, 2026, talks between representatives of road carriers and Baltic Hub Container Terminal Sp. z o.o., conducted in connection with the carriers' protest action, were concluded.

The meeting took place in an atmosphere of constructive dialogue and resulted in a joint agreement on the content of a declaration, which will serve as a starting point for further talks on the principles of cooperation.

Both parties expressed their willingness to continue negotiations in a spirit of partnership and to seek solutions beneficial to the entire logistics chain.

Representatives of the Port of Gdańsk Authority also participated in the meeting.

The declaration covers key areas related to the improvement of operational processes, optimization of terminal capacity management, implementation of systemic solutions, and ensuring transparent rules in emergency situations. The terms for ending the current protest action were also agreed upon, which will enable the roads to be unblocked and full access to the port infrastructure to be restored.
