Baltic Hub Container Terminal Sp. z o.o. announces that Jan Pollak has taken up the position of Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Board as of October. The new CFO has over 20 years of experience in finance, controlling, and strategic management, which will be a valuable asset for the company's further development.

On October 1, Jan Pollak took over the duties of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), replacing Krzysztof Perdzyński, who had held this position since February 2025. Jan Pollak will bring to the company over 20 years of experience in finance, controlling, and strategic management, gained in international companies in the industrial and service sectors. For over 14 years, he was associated with Kompania Piwowarska, where he was responsible, among other things, for financial planning and business process support. Since 2019, he has served as CFO and member of the management board at RECARO Rail (formerly Growag), a company belonging to the RECARO Holding and operating in the railway market. There, he was responsible for financial strategy and business development oversight.

As a financial manager, Jan Pollak combines a pragmatic approach with the ability to make decisions in a dynamic business environment. He has extensive experience in strategy planning and implementation, process optimization, and team building and management. His knowledge and expertise in financial management will be an important support for the further development of Baltic Hub.
