Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you that, effective 1 July 2026, all container pre-notifications will be handled exclusively via the e.BRAMA system.

This change is intended to simplify and streamline the pre-notification process, improve transparency and reduce manual handling.

Key changes:

• Submission of pre-notifications via email will be discontinued,

• The “Regulations for granting additional bookings  in  BHCT–PCL relation” will be withdrawn,

• Slots previously allocated under these regulations will be merged into the general slot pool in e.BRAMA, increasing overall slot availability.

From the above date, all pre-notifications - including those related to transports previously handled under the above mentioned rules - will be processed in accordance with the rules applicable to the general slot pool in e.BRAMA.

We encourage you to familiarize yourselves with the system in advance and to take the above changes into account in your operational planning.
